About Leah Walls

Leah Walls has fifteen years’ organisational and management consulting experience and a ten year affiliation with CLE.   She brings a warm, pragmatic style grounded in her depth of experience in leadership, organisational consulting, dispute resolution and conflict management.

Leah is an experienced mediator, trainer, facilitator, investigator, coach and conflict management coach and has worked with diverse public. community and private . She has designed and delivered customised training courses, including Equal Opportunity Awareness, Bullying and Harassment Prevention, Contact Officer, Mediation Skills for Manager and  Coaching and Conflict Management Coach Training for Managers.

Leah was the CEO and Manager of the Dispute Resolution Unit of EASA, a Psychological and Organisational Consultancy Company based in the Northern Territory; as well as Manager of the Business Services Unit and Manager of the Dispute Resolution Unit of a Victorian EAP provider, managing a team of Consultants as well as personally delivering services.

Leah holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of the Northern Territory. Leah is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and Conflict Management Coach, has a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and a Certificate IV in Workplace Investigation. Leah has provided consultancy services across a number of sectors: Local Government, Community Services and Education
